A Day in the Life

Breaks:

You will have two breaks.

  • 2 – (paid) 15 minute breaks
  • 1 – (unpaid) 60-minute lunch break.

If you choose to leave premises for your lunch break, please watch timing.

Dress Code:

  • *Masks*
  • Top: Black Shirt (Polo, T-Shirt, Long-sleeves). NO GRAPHICS!
  • Bottoms: Khakis, Black pants, or Jeans. No leggings and no yoga pants are allowed. Absolutely no rips or holes in your clothes either.
  • Shoes: Boots or tennis shoes (closed toe)

Attendance:

If you will be missing work, contact your Site Project Manager.  

Parking:

There may be COVID screening prior to entering.

Park at least 10 spots away from the store and, if you can, under a light post. It is dark and we want you to be in light as much as you can.

Pay

Payroll

We use ADP to manage how you are paid. You'll need to register in the ADP portal at https://workforcenow.adp.com – Each new hire receives their own personal code via email once they are loaded into ADP, then Select "register here" and follow prompts.

We strongly urge you to set up direct deposit so that you avoid having to wait for your paycheck to arrive in the mail. To bypass the verification period, which can take 1-2 payroll cycles please complete the following:

If you do not have banking information to provide at this time and still would like to set up Direct Deposit T‑ROC offers a Pay Card Powered by ADP. Click here for more information.

Submit your voided check or bank printout including name on account, routing #, account # and account type, to People Experience Help Desk and complete the required fields (as mentioned below):

  • Your name field: Enter your full name
  • Your work email address: Enter your personal email address
  • Case Issue: Enter "Payroll & Direct Deposit"
  • Subject: Enter "Direct Deposit"
  • Message:  Explain the purpose of this message (for example: Please enter my direct deposit with the attached bank account information)
  • File Attachment:  Attach a copy of your voided check or bank printout including name on account, routing #, account # and account type

Be sure to use your T‑ROC email address for your login. ​If it's your first time logging in, you may be asked to create a password.

  • Click on certifications to the left of the screen
  • It will prompt you to upload a photo of yourself 
  • You will then be taken to the remodel certification 
  • Click play to complete your training

This training will take 1 hr 40 minutes, please block off enough time to complete it in one sitting.

*It is recommended this be completed on a PC or laptop
